Head and Neck Control

I have made many observations of head and neck control. One example is when i was babysitting a 8 month old and he could lift his neck up by himself and he could scotch acrossed the floor by himself. Another example is when my cousin was just 1 month old when someone would hold her they would be very careful holding her head and when they passed her to someone they made sure the head was being held properly because she had very little head and neck control. Also when my cousin was a few months old and he was starting to walk he would wobble because his head was to heavy for him and his body(neck) control was not as strong as it needed to be. Those are three examples of head and neck control that i have observed.
